Onify Citizen integrates with the municipality's existing systems, acting as a layer where information is gathered and presented to residents. The solution is built with flexible technology, ensuring the municipality retains full control over data and operations.
Onify's Citizen portal integrates efficiently with underlying internal and external systems to access data/information. It primarily uses open APIs for integration, but also other technologies such as script, Al, and RPA.
Integrations are built with Onify Functions (Node.js-based microservices) – or via the municipality's own integration platform.
Once the data is available in the portal, a process engine is used to control the logic, automate case flows and display the right information to the citizen at the right time.
All integration takes place in test environments, is thoroughly verified and approved before launch.
