Onify's Citizen portal integrates efficiently with underlying internal and external systems to access data/information. It primarily uses open APIs for integration, but also other technologies such as script, Al, and RPA.
The integrations are built using Onify Functions (Node.js-based microservices) - or via the municipality's own integration platform.
Once the data is available in the portal, a process engine is used to control the logic, automate case flows and display the right information to the citizen at the right time.
All integration is done against test environments, carefully verified and approved before launch.
