"My Tasks" is being developed in line with national initiatives
We are also developing support for the national standard for consolidated case feedback, an initiative led by the Swedish Tax Agency within the framework of Ena, Sweden’s digital infrastructure. The aim is to create a common method for public sector entities to provide feedback on cases to residents and businesses. By adhering to the standard, users will have a more consistent experience. They can track their cases in the same way regardless of which agency or municipality is responsible for the case. This is an important step toward a simpler digital everyday life where residents and business owners can more easily find and track information over time.
